Registration Conference Fees

*This refers only to additional co-authors (of the same paper) when one author has already registered as a Conference presenter/Student.

** This refers only to Full Time students that present a dated letter of confirmation from their university.

The Conference fee includes: participation to the conference, admission to all sessions, admission to the inauguration event including the award ceremony, the conference bag and inclusions, publication in the book of proceedings, access to an electronic copy of the book of conference proceedings, lunches, coffees/refreshments, the conference gala dinner including a cultural show and all the other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.

For Online presenters the fee includes: participation to the conference by accessing all online sessions, publication in the book of conference proceedings, access to an electronic copy of the book of proceedings and all the other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of registration received before 6th August 2022 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 190. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.

Please note that the conference fees are symbolic (to cover mainly the presenter’s membership fees to the Academy) and includes the following benefits: e participation to the conference, admission to all parallel sessions (since they will also be recorded), admission to the Inauguration event and Key Note Speech, participation to the Meet the Editors Session,  admission to the authors’ Networking and Collaboration Workshop and the Research Project and Publication Workshop, publication of the submitted manuscript/s in the book of conference proceedings and its/their consideration for publication in the conference associated journals and edited books (as these appear on the conference website).
